Impersonating a Claremont Police Officer

A Claremont resident received a phone call from a caller impersonating a Claremont Police Officer asking for money. Please be aware if you receive a call from a CPD "Officer" asking for money, this is a scam. If you receive a call you feel is a scam, never provide personal information. Hang up and call Claremont PD.
